-1/2 cup coconut water

-1/2 cup green tea

-1/2 cup fresh baby spinach

-1/2 cup frozen blueberries

-1/2 cup vanilla coconut yoghurt

-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

-1 frozen banana 🍌

-1 teaspoon fresh minced ginger

-1 tablespoon collagen protein powder
